I am a BACP registered integrative therapeutic counsellor with a degree in Psychology, a background in teaching and many years of experience working with adults and young adults. My approach is calm, compassionate, and exploratory, with therapy shaped around the needs of each individual.
A significant part of my work focuses on addiction and recovery. I support clients in understanding not only how destructive patterns develop, but what purpose they may have served emotionally and psychologically. I aim to help people move beyond shame and self-criticism towards greater understanding, stability, and meaningful change.
Alongside addiction work, I work with anxiety, anger, depression, and personal development, as well as with those affected by another person’s addiction.
My practice offers space for both shorter-term support and longer-term therapeutic work focused on recovery, growth, and self-understanding.
Appointments are available in Canterbury or online by arrangement.
